Unable to launch FoFiX

Describe the problem. What did you expect? What do you see?
When I try to launch FoFiX, it crashes

List the steps to recreate the problem.
1. Launch FoFiX

What version are you using? Include the FoFiX version, the Python version,
your operating system, and whether it is SVN (alpha), beta, RC, or final
release.

I use FoFIX at revision 1973, with python 2.6 and under windows XP

Make sure that you have activated the 32-bit display mode before you launch 
FoFiX.py. You can configure it under: Right click mouse (on Windows Desktop)>
(Display) Properties>Settings>Color Quality>Highest (32-bit). 

If that doesn't work, you can try deactivate Antialiasing in the FoFix.ini.
(Start Menu>Run>type: %appdata%/fofix>open fofix.ini>under video (Scroll a the 
way 
down): change multisamples = 4 (default) to multisamples = 0.
If it works than you might consider upgrading your system.
