Add reverb when StarPower is deployd #1109

That echoing sound effect that makes your gameplay be like heaven :)

It's more relevant to GH themes than RB. And reverb should be a lot easier
to implement than pitchbend.

whether or not its related to gh or rockband i'd like it to be implemented :)

more effects the better... also an option to replace killswitch with reverb?
