Secondary OpenGL2 fallback with py2.6? #1116

Not everyone has a videocard that can run OpenGL3 effectively, and they're 
most likely not willing to pay money to upgrade their cards just so they 
can run FOFiX. If Python 2.6 could somehow be made backwards-compatible 
with OpenGL2, it would be great.

PyOpenGL version has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with OpenGL version.
