[Wiki] GameControllers: add information about Wireless XBox 360 controllers #1155

Since non-developers aren't permitted to comment on wiki pages or commits,
I thought this was the best place to post this.

Just as the issue title says. You can't just plug in a wireless controller,
now can you? :P Happily, there is this handy little receiver.

People who have this gizmo can connect up their wireless controllers to
their computer just as they would a 360. Also, button configurations will
be the same as on a wired controller.

Wow, I completely forgot I make this issue.

Don't see why it's been sitting here for this long. This is a very small and 
simple wiki edit. I'd do it myself if I could, it'd take five minutes.
