Rock Band Effects Switch #1158

Describe the problem. What did you expect? What do you see?

The effects switch on RB/RB2 guitars do not work. When you switch it you are 
supposed to get different effect types. You can even map the 5 way switch so i 
know its not implemented.

List the steps to recreate the problem.
1. No way to map out switch
2. If you switch it in game, no box or effect happens in overdrive/solos

What version are you using? Include the FoFiX version, the Python version,
your operating system, and whether it is SVN (alpha), beta, RC, or final
release.
 FoFiX 3.121 Final 2.4 AND 2.6
  Windows Vista Home Premium 64 Bit
AMD Athalon Quad Core Processors
640 GB Hard Drive
6 GB Ram
Nvidia 6150 GFX Card
Up-to-Date Drivers

Did you read the wiki on how to report bugs, conveniently called
ReportingBugs? If this is a bug report, please include the log file!
This is not a bug report.

Please provide any additional information below.

This needs to be implemented so the game is closer to the console versions. 
Similar to the GH slider notes and overlapping notes. Should be customizable 
with themes, but may need work.

this is not rockband.

While lots of efforts are being made to make THEMES replicate 'console games' 
FoFiX
was not created to be a carbon copy of these games. As many play THIS game 
WITHOUT a
rockband guitar it is unlikely that this will be implimented.

Could this be a duplicate of issue 419?

Issue set to invalid due to one or more of the following reasons:
1) Age. This issue is considered abandoned.
2) Unrelated. The issue isn't related to FoFiX.
3) Fluke. The issue cannot be reproduced or was fixed long ago. (AKA: It's just 
you.)

Feel free to reply if you are certain the issue still exists and is relevant to 
FoFiX.
