"name 'Setlist' is not defined" in Megalight Theme

I tried to start FoFix.
Instead of showing the main menu, it crashes.
Fresh checkout, problem started with revision 2013, still happens in
revision 2034. Revision 2011 seems to work (2012 had a different problem).

List the steps to recreate the problem.
1. install according to RunningUnderPython26
2. checkout revision 2013
3. start using RunFofFromSource
4. see it crash.

Using revision 2012, Windows XP SP3, Python 2.6

This happens for me too on 2013 and beyond (Win7 64, Python 2.6)

Going back to 2011 works
