OSX launcher to run from source #1169

attached you'll find a simple app bundle that serves as a launcher to run
FoFiX from source on Mac OS X.

The launcher is supposed to reside in the same directory as the SVN source
tree, the source tree must be named fofix-svn.

The behavior can be adjusted or improved by editing
FoFiX-svn/Contents/MacOS/FoFiX (which is just a shell script).
