Improve Drumming & Other Issues #1177

Some suggestions for the drumming for FoFiX 4.0 or in the future

Freestyle Drumming - in drum fills & when you miss notes, the default
sounds are often very different to the drum track. Song-specific drum notes
would solve this.

Freestyle Multiple Inputs - in drum fills etc FoFiX doesn't handle multiple
hits (such as 2 pads + bass together) well and sometimes doesn't play the
sounds.

Bass Drum plays during songs - when the bass is hit, the bass sound is
played in the song (not just in drum fills/freestyle)

# Other Issues

HOPO Settings - can there be more? Post GH4 are very strict and RB2 are
ultra strict.

Fix Mic Input - I know this has been addressed but I'm just bringing it up
again. The microphone input doesn't work.

AV Delay - can this option instead be configured through visually hitting a
note, and FoFiX automatically changes the AV Delay.
