Rock Band and Guitar Hero Exact Timing Options #1180

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

The timing of the incoming notes on Guitar Hero and Rock Band are different
each other; both of FoFiX. I have this problem when I play too much time
FoFiX, and then, when I will play RB, just suck on it and instantly lost
xD.

The timing on Guitar Hero (Metallica for example) are much different and
easy in comparision with Rock Band 2, which is more exact. I mean, you can
late a little in the Guitar Hero notes strikes, but in Rock Band, if you
late a little, you miss the note, simply.

My idea is, make the option to play with the actual Default FoFiX timing (I
really don't know about that) and make an option to play with the exact
copy of the Guitar Hero timing and the Rock Band timing. I don't know how
much different are the timing between GH Metallica, Aerosmith, 4 or Van
Halen, but it's so different than Rock Band.

That's all. Thanks :)

do you know what lag calibration is?
fofix doesnt have it, but guitar hero and rockband do.
if you have a problem with rockbands timing, try calibrating.

Issue set to invalid due to one or more of the following reasons:
1) Age. This issue is considered abandoned.
2) Unrelated. The issue isn't related to FoFiX.
3) Fluke. The issue cannot be reproduced or was fixed long ago. (AKA: It's just
you.)

Feel free to reply if you are certain the issue still exists and is relevant to
FoFiX.
