Add in-game function to play a random song, chosen recursively from all available song libraries

Long term....there are already external applications which can provide this
functionality.

I've written a perl script doing just that.
I may add it to our SVN repository and/or Download area if there's a request 
for it.

Note that because it's written in Perl, it'll run out-of-the-box on GNU/Linux or
MacOS X but will require a local installation of Perl on Windows. ActivePerl 
does
provide an easy-to-install Perl package tho.

Also note that my script is more useful when ran from the commandline as you can
specify a whole bunch of options.
