Add Blazingamer's new MegaLight GH3 theme

Rename existing "MegaLight" theme to "MegaLight RB" (maybe leave this alone
for now, rename later at a major version release - to maintain patch
compatibility)

Add new theme as "MegaLight GH"

Alter theme defaulting logic to default to MegaLight RB first, then fall
back on MegaLight GH.

Must be named "MegaLight GH3" since there is a separate GH2 theme style with
different score meter and starpower indicator that could have its own ML theme 
later.

Oh, SPLight.png existed. Please, oh please, avoid mixed caps as GNU/Linux and 
MacOS X
are case sensitive.

Fixed in r319.
