Add basic Co-Op score support (for both Co-Op and Co-Op RB modes) #279

Enhancements for both Co-Op modes:
 -Add support for separate Co-Op score to be saved in the song.ini
 -Add support to display Co-Op scores in the songlist (as a new selectable
instrument to display) - and automatically set songlist display to Co-Op
scores when in Co-Op mode
 -Add new unlock IDs and requirements to support a Co-Op career mode, add to 
multiplayer menu ("Co-Op Career")
