Add new difficulty "Expert +"

As in Guitar Hero Metallica (will have a new level difficulty
"Expert+" more harder than "expert" level)

You have to be more descriptive. Guitar Hero: Metallica will feature an "Expert 
Plus" mode for drummers that allows them to add a second bass drum pedal.

yes but the guitar and the bass will have a expert + level too

i'm not sure but i think is an expert level with a long bar note in more (just 
tap
mediator without press any other key, as in beginner level)

Nope, it's just drums. I have yet to find a site mentioning bass or guitar. But 
it's 
just a rumor right now, nothing official yet.

Its expert difficulty with all bass notes charted.

Maybe fretters could include a notesplus.mid on drum charts and when expert plus
difficult is chosen it reads from that mid instead of the regular notes.mid?
