Add new "Demo" mode to both types of theme submenus for single and multiplayer #55

Selecting "Demo" mode will force Jurgen to play you a song of your choice,
on an instrument of your choice.
In Rock Band themes, there will be a "Demo" selection under the Solo
submenu and the Multiplayer submenu.
In Guitar Hero themes, there will be a "1P Demo" selection in the Options
menu.  There will be a "Demo" selection under the Multiplayer submenu.
(there is no single-player submenu in Guitar Hero themes.)
Selecting a multiplayer Demo will force Jurgen to play two instruments
simultaneously - again, you choose which instruments and which song.

Forget the complexity of single-player demos with the solo and options menus. 
Instead, add "Demo" to the "Training" submenu for single-player demo.
Still add "Demo" to the "Multiplayer" submenu as well.
