Bass Groove, fail neck, etc - flashing in time to the tempo of song

I had this idea when I finally got to try the new shader options. (Great
job, by the way!) Currently, it seems that bass groove and the fail necks
(possibly other things as well?) flash at a steady rate. It may not be a
bad idea, if at all possible, to make it so they fail necks, bass grooves,
etc, flash in time with the music, based on the temp of the song.

It would be more appealing visually, since the brain picks up on these
things, as do we musically obsessive people.
