Do not display pause background #693

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a song
2. Fail It
3. The pause menu background does not display

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pausemenu will appear for the second and it disappeard. I don't know why...
You should do something with it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using GH III theme. Win XP SP3, Beta v3.120.

the pause menu background is not supposed to display when you *fail* a song. 
That is
for an entirely different background. I don't use the GHIII theme, but it 
should have
a fail background.

checked this out... the GH3 fail.png is not loading.

Issue set to invalid due to one or more of the following reasons:
1) Age. This issue is considered abandoned.
2) Unrelated. The issue isn't related to FoFiX.
3) Fluke. The issue cannot be reproduced or was fixed long ago. (AKA: It's just 
you.)

Feel free to reply if you are certain the issue still exists and is relevant to 
FoFiX.
