Do not force restart; ask the user #820

The annoying thing is, that if you change some options (especially in 
graphics) the game says "FoFiX needs to restart..." blah blah... and only 
an OK "button". You MUST restart, even if you want to exit the game! I'd 
see something like this:

"FoFiX needs to restart to apply new settings. Do you want to restart now?"

And Yes/No or Restart/Continue/Exit choices.

(Yeah, after the "freeze".)

this would be really good

it's also useful for just normal quitting, or possibly the option to quit the 
game 
from say...the pause menu?

anyway this would be helpful
