Activating overdrive while holding a long overdrive note causes the phrase dissapear. #892

This happens to me quite often, when I try to optimize my scores I usually
acumulate 3/4 or 4/4 of Overdrive and then activate it while playing an
overdrive sustain, but this ultimately causes the whole phrase to
dissapear, without crediting any fill to the meter.

I´m running 3.120 beta 2 on Windows XP.

While i highly doubt that this is a new issue, this should eventually be fixed.
