Image/text for "no_diff" on setlist #900

I propose having some image (or text even) when there is no difficulty
marked in the song.ini for a particular part.
My reasoning behind this is so that the current default "Nil" text can be
used when the part is not present in the MIDI.

So if you have a song with only a guitar part, and no difficulty
information in the song.ini, it will show the "no_diff" image/text in place
of the Guitar difficulty, and "Nil" (or "Not present" or something) next to
the other parts.
For a song with all parts charted but no difficulty information, it will
show the "no_diff" for all parts. Etc, etc...
