It seems to happen due to the automatic generation not working well.
It makes only one path at the beginning of the song.
A good algorithm for this is really needed.

i do believe you are Referring to the Star power notes? the "white" notes that
you
can suck the star power from, this would be not so much theme related as it
would be
how FOFix handles the the SP notes and how often they are mixed in with the
notes as
they come down the fret board,
Do you have a log file?
can you take a screen shot?
are you able to reproduce this "issue" again?
any further details would be greatly appreciated, so that we may assist you
further.

I attached a log file
I cant see how a screenshot would help here since the fretboard is a moving
thing.
A screen capture might help but whats the point, its exactly as i describe
there is
only one set of star power notes on the start of the song and then none all
through
the song.
It even happens with the bang, bang song from this file (This song is also
included
with plain FoF)
FoFiX-All4Tutorials.rar
I can reproduce it allways.
This might be a bit of a different issue but i downloaded a few GH3 songs from
the
FoF wiki and appearntly they are missing many of the star power notes they
should
have (4 sets through the entire song? i even played it in GH3 to test and it
has
more) it seems like the smaller star power notes sets are (Few star power
notes) are
missing.
