A good looking default theme

I would like fofix to have a default theme of its own with a frets on fire X
title and both RB or GH style notes and gui.

Having a theme like megalight the default isnt much of a good idea in my 
book.

Perhaps a modification of Frets on Fire original theme will be suitable (With  
options for different style of song selection list the cassettes are getting 
old)

We probably want something really new, and not really like the old frets on 
fire.
There have been many ideas for this floating around.
On the Roadmap for FoFiX 4.0.0 it states there are planned changes to the way 
themes
currently work, and I at least have been holding off for these to start taking 
shape
before getting a real move on on this.
