Adding "Charted By" to song.ini

As many songs are being made by two people (for instance, one doing guitar,
one doing drums), it seems logical that the option should exist to show who
has charted what part.

Example: "frets = lordhardware" when playing PART GUITAR the fretter would
display as "lordhardware". But you could also add "drums = Death_AU" and
then when PART DRUMS is played, the charter would be displayed as "Death_AU"

Wow, I had this exact same idea the other day, but never posted anything about 
it.
That being said, I'd like to see this added.

Having something display like "Tormann71 (drums) Someotherguy (guitar)" is 
really
long and looks sloppy.

You could even go another step further and add support for lower difficulty
frettings. It wouldn't be used as commonly, but I'm just throwing some ideas 
out there.
