USB files/folder cannot be read?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.playing a game for 5 mins plus
2.happens alot
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
files cannot be found on usb seem like when you play a game for 5 mins+ usb 
turns off pluging it in and out doesn't fix it
also weird character instead of your folders/files

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
tried them all on wii

Please provide any additional information below (Video settings, Console
region,...)
using a HDTV and a wd 500gig usb HDD 390gig Fat32 and 110gig WBFS partitions

As you said, the problem is because your USB drive turned OFF while playing, 
configure it so it stays permanently alimented or buy one that have standby 
feature (they don't turn off completely). I personnaly have no such problem 
with mine (WD passport)

The emulator does not support SD/USB hot swapping so turning it on later or 
disconnecting/reconnecting will only cause issues.
