Partial sound filtering #106

1. Set both FM and PSG to 1.00
2. Disable PSG Boost
3. Reduce the FM FIR rolloff percentage (95.00%, for example)

FM now sounds more like the Model 1 console, but the PSG is bright and perfect. 
 The PSG cuts through and is very unrealistic.  Kega Fusion has a Filtering 
option that includes both the YM2612 and PSG together.  It sounds very 
realistic.  Could you mix the PSG with the FM and put that through the FIR 
filter?  Currently the PSG sticks out like a sore thumb.

Low-Pass filter affects both PSG and FM. I don't feel PSG sounds bad at all, 
it's barely used in games anyway.
