No issue just equiry about Versions of DevkitPPC and Libogc that you use when compiling

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.complie with latest Devkitpro
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
working DVD, not working DVD

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
latest SVN

Please provide any additional information below (Video settings, Console
region,...)

No need

just need to know if i should be using devkitPPC V20 or devkitPPC V21 
and the version of Libogc 1.8.2 or 1.8.3.

to compile
