Start not registering in "Samurai Showdown" and "Power Instinct" #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up SS or PI (the verified [!] roms)
2. Press start
3. Nothing happens, no freeze, but the game doesn't move past the press start 
screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you press start you should be brought to the character select screen.

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
Latest SVN.

Ok, this will be fixed in upcoming release. It was caused by wrong 
initialization of controller internal state.
