Fast forward that can be mapped to controller #138

This update has really made this emulator near perfect. I was wondering if it
would be possible to implement a fast-forward feature similar to the one found
in fceultragx and snes9xgx using the right analog stick on the classic
controller (or customizable).

Thanks for all the hard work.

Contrary to the mentionned emulators, that feature did not originally exist in
Genesis Plus but I agree it can be useful in some games. If it is not too
complicated to implement without breaking audio/video synchronization once the
game plays normally, I am fine doing it.

added in r846

fast-forward is now toggleable by pressing buttons HOME + MINUS on a Wii
controller (Classical or Wiimote) and R TRIGGER + START on a Gamecube controller

I also added an option to display FPS counter so you can check how fast a
particular game/system is emulated when there is no sync wait occurring.

For the record, on my Wii (with maximal CPU load i.e full borders + interlaced
mode, without NTSC filter however):

Game Gear & Master System games are running at ~350-400 fps
Mega Drive games are running at ~170-200 fps
Mega CD games are running a little slower than Mega Drive games but not much, I
got 200 fps in Sonic CD for example

Lowest fps is with Virtua Racing which goes down to ~67 fps during the bridge
part in the beginning loop demo, still enough for fullspeed hopefully.

Not bad for an old 700Mhz PowerPC CPU ^^

Thank you very much for taking your time to add such features. The emulator was
already accurate enough to preserve old hardware for future generations with
excellent video output (true 240p). And even then you keep improving it. I hope
you will keep working on projects for Wii (and Gamecube) for their unique video
output capabilities!

You need to download SVN build, it was not yet implemented in 1.7.4.
Hold minus and press home to enable/disable it.
