Better Sega Pico support. #145

Obviously this isn't a priority in the same way that adding things like Mega CD
support isn't, but being that the Pico is extremely similar in hardware to the
Mega Drive, it might be a simpler goal to shoot for. Obviously, the touchpad
interface is ideal for the Wii, and in PC emulators this is sometimes handled
by simply overlaying the touch pad over the display, essentially making it
behave like a touch screen system (or Wii pointer system, as the case may be).

As stated in the Features page, Pico is already emulated, it should
automatically be enabled when detecting a PICO rom. I don't know about any PC
emulators supporting Sega Pico beside Picodrive.

Stylus is being emulated by the Wiimote or analog sticks.
Only missing things are a way to "turn" book pages like with a real PICO and
the additional PCM sound chip which is not emulated (not much is known about
that chip and I don't think Picodrive is emulating it).

The big problem actually (and the reason why this has been put on hold) is that
there isn't a lot of available ROM dumps for PICO and you would also need
someone able to do physical scan of the book pages. Without them, games are not
very much enjoyable, if even playable.

My bad, the last version of Kega is off course supporting Sega Pico as well. No
way too display book pages though.

Team Europe (http://team-europe.blogspot.com.es/) have been dumping and
scanning many Pico games as of late, mainly European and Japanese versions.
Perhaps that could help implementing this system?

It seems like - and + could be perfect for going to the previous and next
pages, with A as the pen press and B as the Red (secondary) button. If there's
no more functional buttons, perhaps 1 could go directly to the first page and 2
to the last one, or something...

Or, since going to the last page would be kind of useless, perhaps "2" could
show/hide the page "overlay" if present.

i also thought about the emulation of the PICO on the Wii some times ago! the
wii would be perfect to emulate it!

currently about 100 games are dumped and pcm sound chip is emulated nearly
perfectly in Kega Fusion!
