Is it possible to see more than 1000 roms also the ability to run 32X 
games as well.

32X would require a lot of work and testing.

First, please put separated requests in different issues.

There won't be support for more than 1000 roms per directory because of memory 
usage
restriction and because it's already far more than needed.
Don't be lazy and make subdirectories, that's what it is for.
