Bugfix: Mario Kart 64: Locks up #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose 2 or more players
2. Select VS or Battle Mode
3. Select characters and hit "OK"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You get a black screen with the background music still playing where you 
should go to the track selection screen.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Beta 1 on System Menu 4.0U and Homebrew Channel

Please provide any additional information below.
After this, the emulator GUI does not return by pressing X and Y on the 
Gamecube game pad but does when you press reset on the console itself.

This is a known issue with the dynarec.  I believe it has to do with interrupt 
timing.

No, it hasn't been fixed and you were the first to open an issue.  We've just 
known
about it for some time.  From what we've seen, the freezing isn't consistent, 
so for
what its worth, you can usually get into the game after no more than a couple 
of tries.

I've tried quite a few time with no success.  This doesn't happen with "Grand 
Prix" 
mode.  I'll just wait for the next update.

It happens for me with Grand Prix mode too, but it works after some tries.
