Bust A Move 2 arrow issue. #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.playing the game 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when playing the game it doesn't show the arrow where the ball is supposed to 
go which makes the game impossible to play with.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
wii64 beta 1.1, 4.1U, HBC

Please provide any additional information below.

I was disappointed that arrow wasn't working properly wanted to play it seeing 
where the bibbles.. however if your craving to play with arrows... get the 
wiipsx bust a move 2, 4 and 99 ( bust a move 99 n64 works well too just kinda 
fast) thought this might help
