Enhancement: Support Multiple USB HDD Partitions #360

It would be great if Wii64 (and WiiPSX for that matter) could support multiple 
USB HDD partitions. WiiXplorer, WiiMC, and SaveGameManagerGX are able to do 
this now, so hopefully that code could be imported.

This would really help me as my first partition is often used on another 
(unmoddable) device so I can't use it on the Wii.

A few similar issues have been posted, though not as a feature request--just 
providing them as support for user desire:
