Memory Card Corrupted #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Nintendon't
2. Open Tales of Symphonia with Memory Card Emulation on
3. Arrive at screen that says 'memory card corrupted in slot 1' with option to 
format
4. Format fails and loop back to memory card corrupted screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is game title screen -- instead I see a screen that asks me to 
format memory card.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
R129 and R130  - Wii U.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using a PS3 Controller and can press 'square' button to skip this screen 
but I can't save later.

Was able to get around this by present square to go to in game menu and 
formatting in the 'continue' menu.
