don't create issue for new lang file on the google project page

please follow intruction step by step on th wiixplorer gbatemp language topic:

cause your file his encoded in utf-8 instead of utf-8NoMark

of course, i've corrected this problem ,and your work will be downloadable from 
the 
app after my next commit
