Load the app, instead see/get codedump

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

R76 - 4.3E wan (don't ask) launched through HBC

Please provide any additional information below.

I thought this was related to issue #28 (less than 4 saves in nand) - as I've 
just formatted, but after I played a few more games (to get saves) it still 
doesn't start up. I get a distorted line at top of TV and then code dump.

Sorry, you can mark this as invalid (ish). I just read the gba temp thread and 
after creating 1 Mii it now works !
