Can't Use ZHTW wiiTDB DB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set wiiTDB Language to Trad. Chinese
2.follow the steps...update databse (the file it download is not correct)
3.enter the app..when loading wiiTDB db it Crash.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
just Crash and annoying beee~~~~~~

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

When I manual download EN wiiTDB to the SD Card..It works great..
