Compiling Japanese unimplemented #2

I found that I can't compile Japanese message, all text turns into English.

I'm sorry, I must have never seen this. I currently do not have VB6 and am unable to recompile the program. I remember back when a friend of mine tried to help HackMew implement Japanese characters, it did not work. For some reason it was not supported by VB6 or something. I honestly can not remember.
