The instructions omit the actual steps required. How do we "Install Make, 
AutoMake, and ldid from cydia"? How do we "Install lib-gcc"?

Could a Mac .pkg, Makefile, or simple bash .sh script be provided to install 
iphone-gcc-full from scratch?
