Pokepark Wii 2 Black Screen Problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i go to the green garden
2.there's a loading scene
3.a black screen appears and block the wii

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black screen and wii blocked 

What version of the loader are you using?
70r23

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3e

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
USB Flash

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
ntfs

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
249

Does it work with other loaders?
i don't use other loaders

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
i only try with the latest one

Please provide any additional information below.

I have try to burn the DVD's and load with neogamma it is works

I've had this problem too, and burning doesn't work for me. It happens when i 
walk into the Verdon area(i think that's what it's called).
