Allow sdhc and usb device at the same time #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I can only see the games on one of the filesystems.
I can only choose sdhc OR usb instead of the loader using both devices to show 
me a list of all games from both devices. Since there are pretty small usb 
sticks with 32 and 64GB as well as sdhc cards with 32GB you can add a pretty 
amount of memory to the Wii without having to carry around an addiional 
harddrive.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see games from both, usb AND sdhc to appear in the 
coverflow/grid/... view and only use the setting for installing new games. (If 
the setting is set to usb for example install new games to the usb drive, if 
set to sdhc install to the sd card.

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
