Hi all,

i cant launche the app of modding, it just dont wants to open, i even desactivated the admin authorization i would nedd help

thx for any help provided

Sopitive commented 8 months ago

The app requires admin privileges due to a dependency. Right click and run as administrator. Unfortunately, unless somebody were to redo the memory writing, administrator is required.

I did but nothing happens after still

%LOCALAPPDATA%/InfiniteRuntimeTagViewer Clear all user settings from this folder.

are user settings explicitly the problem here? sometimes window defender will outright remove the memory.dll file, causing IRTV to fail to startup (opposed to having apparently deprecated settings, which supposedly cause it to crash 12 seconds after launching/loading)

might be a good idea to check if the 'Memory.dll' file still exists, if not then you have to go into the windows defender settings and un-quarantine the file

Maybe it is time to ditch memory.dll in favor of a solution that doesn't require admin?

might as well rewrite the entire program, but thats not going to happen (however if someone does plan on that, this might be a better foundation)

as for the crashing, you might get more insight by checking the windows 'event viewer' (goto 'Windows Logs' then 'Application') and booting IRTV to push its logs to the top, you might need to refresh if you boot IRTV after event viewer
