Multithreaded Tag Loading #51

  1. Tag loading no longer freezes the entire UI.
  2. Automatically load tags option added to menu
  3. Automatically poke changes button added to menu.
  4. Trying to open a file before tags have been loaded will result in the tags being loaded while you are browsing for the file.
  5. Minor changes to SettingsControl.
