Description

Have Fambot randomly (very low chance) post the get drinked sticker as a reply to a random user.

Suggestions

The current "HYCYBH" meme posts 1 in 10 times on trigger, but that still seems too often, so maybe start with 1/100, especially given there is no trigger to filter even more.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] idiot got drinked

current version of discord.py doesn't seem to have the ability to post stickers (will continue to investigate) so currently just have the response to a sticker being posted
