Fix FE3H meme posts and ignore full capitalized comments #60

Description

This change fixes some of the FE3H meme response issues

Better grab the acronym with a ?
Ignore full caps posts ("THIS POST IS ALL CAPS SO IGNORED")
Only responds to posts with one all caps word ("only cares about THIS post" "but NOT THIS post")
