Feature/start screen #144

Added functionality to start screen:

  1. Button will start the game (rather than waiting for key press from player)
  2. Button to access options screen 2a. Options screen populated with sliders and an apology that they don't actually work yet, but hey - it's an options screen!
  3. Exit button

A nice background image could be applied, and buttons / nameplate moved/changed. The framework is there for iterations.

Issues currently not added to any board, but getting some work done to start some momentum on the project.
