feat: Added TIM channel #11

Description

This channel is a very simple animation of a running machine from the 1991 DOS-game The Incredible Machine. When a donation comes into the stream, the channel starts the animation and runs for 5 seconds. It's a very simple channel, but the game is simple in itself, and should bring back some real nostalgia for the older PC crowd. The channel number is chosen as 86, since that's my birth year, but can be changed to 91 for the release of TIM.

I'm a low level programmer with assembler, C and VHDL for microcontrollers and FPGAs, so this high level stuff is really new to me, so I just assume that I've written some code weirdly. So I'm not above getting pointers, hints and outright coding assistance. I feel that my main contribution is the idea and assets, and if the code is up to snuff, I'm happy! But if there's some problems with my implementation, I'm happy to try and fix it.

I took most from the template.tsx and and some inspiration from the Oregon Trail channel for the wagon animation, with the difference that I have a gif with all the frames of animation instead of individual frames.

Thanks for the submission!

As a member of said older PC gaming crowd, you're right in that I do have fond memories of playing this as a kid, and I appreciate the nod back to a pretty obscure title.

As for the channel itself, I feel like there's not enough here to accept. The lone payoff being starting an animation that doesn't change or transform and no milestone behavior runs a real risk of becoming stale quickly.

All of the ideas that I could offer would be massive reworks of the concept to the point where they'd more or less be completely new - and I would love to see if you have the appetite for taking another swing at it -but I'm going to close this one for now as I don't think it's as simple as just 'requesting changes'.

If you do decide to keep working on it, feel free to make another PR and we'll take a look.

Thanks again!
