feat: Add Undertale donation channel. #2

Selects one of five characters (Undyne, Mettaton, Toriel, Sans, Papyrus) when switching to the channel, each with their own dialogue.

Hey, this looks great!

The guidelines are still in progress, but one of our restrictions is going to be the following:

Channels may be rejected for using assets from a game too recently developed or still commercially marketed. What constitutes recent or commercially marketed is at the discretion of Games Done Quick.

This I would be concerned about falling under that restriction, and might want to think about getting the blessing of Undertale's devs before using on the broadcast.

Yeah I figured that might be the case for this one; my thought was that at this point they're deep into Deltarune and also the Undertale fan-work policy is super lax.
