feat:adding Specter Knight Channel

Description

Adds Specter Knight Channel to the list of GDQ Break Channels. This channel features Specter Knight gazing into the distance, watching the Propeller Rats, which are spawned by donations, float up to the top of the screen. If a donation is of $100 or above, a Rat King is spawned instead of a Propeller Rat. The channel number is 666 because it is the spoopy number.

As mentioned, this has the same issues as #16 that mean we are not comfortable merging this. The reasoning provided there is the same here.
