feat: add Stardew Valley boats channel

Description

Added a simple view from Stardew Valley. It is the pier, in which clouds go by in all situations. On donation, a boat will spawn and sail across the screen.

Sorry for short video, apparently my mac has to make any video over 15 seconds > 20 MB.

After some internal discussion about this, while we consider it on the edge, because this is a game still being updated and marketed, without explicit permission or reference to a fan works policy that would allow us to use this, we don't feel comfortable adding a channel for Stardew Valley at this time.

I hope this doesn't discourage you from submitting in the future, and we're open to reevaluating this decision at some point in the future.
