Updated the template to support Glue 3.0 :)

Hi @Fares-Tabet - thanks for the contribution! It looks like there are many changes included in this PR that aren't relevant to adding Glue 3.0 support (removing github actions, changing behavior of the example, etc). Would you have the the bandwidth to reduce the change set here to just what is needed for 3.0 support? If not, we can just manually apply the required change set to this project.

I updated the template to make it a bit more generic for any use case (removing github actions etc.), but feel free to just close this PR and update the build.sbt yourself by referencing this PR. It should be pretty simple
